Please take your time to read and complete all information requested, to help us provide the smoothest, fastest and most direct processing of the service request.
You will, upon submission of the form, receive an automated email confirming receipt. This email will include a personal ticket number which should be quoted for all further communication regarding this issue (both per email and telephone). Upon receipt of the form, the data will be reviewed and we will get back in touch. The reply will either include tips (to attempt a repair locally), a confirmation email with an overview of the data submitted (which should then be printed and included in the box when shipping your SPEEDHUB to us), or the contact will be directly from a local distributor/service partner, explaining how best to proceed in your particular country.
