Tanja Ruppert on winner course

In Solingen/Germany the 2nd NRW-Cup went on for both male and female bikers.

On the technical demanding loop course of 4200m and 145m height all bikers  -  after an entering lap - had to cross a muddy meadow and had a slippery downhill ride followed by an up-hill ride, which gave them a notion of riding through a brook and then a muddy up-hill passage.

Tanja Ruppert (RSC-Niedenstein) of the team womensCAREer /FRM/Rohloff was able to manage the muddy routes best and gained a great lead from lap to lap.

After five laps the 38 years old winner with a time of 1:26:24 h could be celebrated.

Heike Hundertmark of the Voitl Team came in second as she has done at the first NRW-Cup (1:29:35h), and Sandra Gockert of the Stevens-MTB-Team assured herself a third place in a time of 1:32:58 h.
