Rohloff is present in over 35 countries worldwide to ensure we are capable of offering our customers with the level of support they truly deserve. If located outside Germany/Austria/Swiss/France and in need of assistance, please get in touch with the relevant Rohloff agent for your country.
Before we can accept you as a new customer, we need some more information.
If you already have a customer number with us, you can use the email address you have already provided to us to activate your B2B shop access.
Immediately after receiving your documents, if direct debit was selected, we will send you the SEPA mandate, which we will sign, by email. need.
We will then send you workshop documents, a price list and order documents with further information. You can then activate dealer access in our B2B shop using the email address you provided, which is also your user name.
You will also be regularly invited to training courses by email and provided with important information about new developments or technical changes. Please distribute this information to the responsible people.
