We are very pleased to welcome Bikeworld Klausen as our new distribution and service partner in Italy.

After many years of trusting and friendly cooperation, the time has come to conclude our partnership with Rewel Bikes. For almost three decades, Werner Pilcher of Rewel has taken outstanding care of our Italian customers with great dedication. He has now decided to pass this responsibility on to a new team.
At this point, we would like to sincerely thank Werner for his long-standing support, reliability, and excellent service. Thank you for nearly 30 years of great cooperation!

At the same time, Rohloff is pleased to announce Bikeworld Klausen as the new Italian distribution and service partner, succeeding Rewel Bikes. Rainer Watschinger from Bikeworld visited Rohloff in late 2025, where he received comprehensive training as well as a complete set of workshop tools.

Bikeworld is therefore fully trained and equipped to handle all Rohloff-related service requests and to reliably supply the Italian dealer network with all Rohloff spare parts.
