Technical CD- Tour de Hub

In our bilingual (de/en) Multimedia Technical Presentation 'Tour de Hub' you'll find everything you  ever wanted to know about the Rohloff 14-speed gear hub SPEEDHUB 500/14. Many descriptions and texts on the CD are supported with 3D-Animations and videos in order to make the complex interrelationship of the components within the hub better understandable. The Owners Manual and other technical information on the SPEEDHUB are also included on the CD in PDF formats.

The presentation is directed at all Speedhub fans whos curiosity for the technical details of the hub has gotten the better of them. The use of the CD is exclusively permitted for non-commercial purposes such as seminars in universities and schools, private viewing or display/use by our Rohloff retailers in their shops for assistance purposes.

In the technology area:
you'll find diagrams and graphics, which show the working efficiency and the build of the SPEEDHUB. Each speed is animated in a single video clip, so that the viewer can   see exactly which gearwheels and  pawls are activated whilst in operation.

In the workshop area:
the mounting possibilities, various frame types, wheel stability and Rohloff tools for maintenance of the SPEEDHUB 500/14 are shown and explained. Additionally, all our mounting videos can be viewed there.

In the speedhubfinder:
you'll find a spoke calculator, a rim chart with the correct spoke lengths and, of course, our Speedhubfinder.

In the accessories area:
there are all the important accessories and spare parts associated with the SPEEDHUB to be found.

In the information area:
presented here, is the Rohloff SPEEDHUB 500/14 owners manual, leaflets, trouble shooting guide, lists and additional information about Rohloff products as pdf. Additionally, there is our Striptease as infinite loop to be found. It can be employed for exhibitional presentations, e.g. in shops as screensaver.
