Wanted Day - Peter Smolka wins the 24 carat SPEEDHUB 500/14
Approximately 120 SPEEDHUB riders, Bike manufacturers and guests gathered together at the Rohloff AG on Saturday for the closing of the WANTED campaign.
A total of 14 gear hubs were raffeled off under the 55 participants who had clocked up at least 60,000km with their SPEEDHUB 500/14. The main prize being a 24 carat gold plated SPEEDHUB 500/14 with the Serial Number 111,111 which was eventually won by Peter Smolka (www.lemlem.de). His SPEEDHUB has accompanied him for over 71,000 kilometers during his tours through the many beautiful countires on this planet. He even decided to ride to the Rohloff AG in Fuldatal from Erlangen for Saturdays festivities.

We are very pleased that Peter Smolka has decided to auction the hub off and give the proceeds all to charity. Peter has travelled through Africa on many occasions to help support various charity projects.
